The recumbent handlebars have a built in heart rate monitor that is a bit more accurate than most exercise bikes and it has a nice and actually very wide Bio Fit pedals that make this exercise bike fairly easy to hop on and off of the bike. However what really makes this a really nice recumbent bike is the seat. The seat is padded nicely and made extremely well.  You will get some extra support in the dual position lumbar and this bike will fit almost every body size and shape because of the adjustable seat slider. I like the fact that Scwhinn really made a nice recumbent exercise bike that is comfortable and well thought out.

Once again Scwhinn thought out the features of this 230 model and nailed it on the workout stats. You can easily track distance, speed, how many calories you have burned, rpm, resistance and more. The best thing about it is, its easy to view and select your options.

Rolling wheels:

This exercise bike has an added convenience of having rolling wheels added. I like this feature on this bike. Any exercise bike with rolling wheels is a nice thing in my book. It will protect your floors and make putting this bike away a bit easier. No more scuff marks on the wood floors with this bike.

Reading Rack and water bottle holder:

I like that this exercise bike has a reading rack and a bottle holder. You can easily place your favorite book on the bike and enjoy a beverage while burning some calories. This is a good thing. Some exercise bikes don’t have reading racks for your books. Schwinn thought this exercise bike out.

Warranty:

You are getting a 10 year warranty on the frame and one year on the electrical and mechanics of the fitness bike. You will get 90 day labor and 6 months wear on the bike as well. This is not a bad warranty but Schwinn could have stepped it up on this bike. If you have one of the best and top rated exercise bike then back it up.
