Simply insert the card into the user control console and everything else will be handled on its own.

The stride length offered on this model is 18 inches in length. This is fine for those who are between 5′4″ and 6 foot in height. However, if you are in excess of 6 foot, the 18 inches stride length may feel to awkward for you to make use of.

The NordicTrack ASR 700 includes an excellent user control console that has a number of great benefits and features built right it. Perhaps the most popular is that of the included speaker system which allows you to plug in your iPod or any MP3 directly into the device. You’ll get a total of 14 different workout programs as well as the ability to monitor your heart rate thanks to the context sensors built into the handlebars.

One particular option that many people find surprising though is that this fitness equipment features a built-in video game. You’ll actually be able to play a game as you workout as Peter are buttons and controllers built right into this device.
